Meet Molly

Hello beautiful people! I'm so happy you've found this space. Im Molly, a yoga teacher currently based in Orpington. I offer public classes, private sessions, workshops and retreats, for yogis of diverse ages and levels of experience.
I am a dedicated, passionate student of yoga, having practiced regularly for more than eight years, and have completed more than 550 hours of teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Therapy.
I love to weave humour, philosophy, and creativity into the teaching of this profound & ancient practice, and seek to create an experience for (and with) students which is at once challenging, grounding, and joyful. My teaching approach is rooted in connection, compassion, and empowerment.

What can a private session help with?

• Empowering you with the awareness, understanding & tools to tailor your yoga practice to your personal needs & goals

• Helping you unblock mental & physical barriers, and accelerate your progress in strength, mobility & technique

• Creating a protected window of time to focus wholly on your wellbeing, and be completely taken care of

• Integrating the ancient wisdom of yoga into your daily life

Help is here for you.

I bring lived experience of autism, burnout & mental health struggles (and years of managing these through yoga) to offer support that is deeply personal and rooted in compassion. Whatever you are going through, we will harness the beautiful tools of yoga to help you restore energy, hope, and meaning, in your movement and in your life.

Your Journey, Your Practice

Whether you’re looking to develop tools for stress-management, increase your mobility, or finally do that headstand, yoga can help us get you there – together, one breath at a time.

Handstand & Inversion
Training

Handstands are my jam.

Training inversions (upside downy shapes) has not only helped me to make huge leaps in my physical strength and body awareness. It’s also helped me to cultivate an attitude of playfulness, self-trust, and non-attachment, on and off the mat.

Whether you’re a total beginner wanting to understand the fundamentals, or more advanced and wanting to play with press entry and funky variations, together we can break through your blockers, refine your technique, and find the drills you need to get confident upside down.

Want to test your limiting beliefs, fall a bit (safely), get back up (stronger), and blow your own mind with what you’re capable of? Book your 1-to-1 session now.

The body,
Small and infinite,
Mass and lightness,
Remembers shadow fondly,
And reaches, keenly,
For the sun...

Molly is the best yoga teacher I ever had. Classes never the same or repetitive.

Vytas Tatarunas

I would highly recommend sessions with Molly. I have been doing yoga with Molly for 15 months and her sessions are fun and accessible for all levels. She makes you feel very comfortable to push yourself further and ‘embrace the wobble’ and I would like to thank her for making yoga a lot less scary and enabling me to become more confident, fitter and confident.

I’ve only done a couple of sessions with Molly, she makes you very welcome, very clear with instructions and helps you develop your technique without being intimidated.

Molly's unique way of adding playfulness and sprinklings of silliness is not just disarming and approachable, it also makes yoga unintimidating (even when learning scary poses like handstands!) and creates a real sense of community in her classes where you feel like you've just made giggling besties out of a room of once strangers. She reminds you that yoga and living a full life is not about how "well" you perform, it's about using your body as a vessel for feeling joy, laughter, fun, comfort, ease and connection. There's no one like her.

Molly is simply one of a kind. From the moment you walk into her class, you're greeted with genuine warmth and a smile that instantly puts you at ease. What sets Molly apart is that she truly is the whole package — deeply skilled, incredibly knowledgeable, and yet completely approachable, no matter your level.

Her classes are always full for good reason. She has a rare ability to inspire and challenge you while making everyone feel seen and welcome. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave feeling better than when you arrived — not just physically, but mentally too.

If you're looking for a yoga teacher who is as passionate as she is talented, look no further. Molly is the real deal, and I can't recommend her highly enough!

I cannot rate Molly highly enough as a yoga teacher. Her group classes are fun, engaging and flowy. As a 121 teacher, she's incredible. She has helped me so much with my progress, curating customised programmes built just for me that build on my strengths, understand the way my body works, and help me zone in on areas I'm working on. She has helped me break down poses and get my body and head working together. At nearly 45 years old I'm seeing such progress in my strength and understanding, and doing things that seemed impossible just a few months ago. On top of all that she's a huge inspiration - her strength, grace and yoga skills are just crazy impressive!! And, she's a lovely person!!

Molly is an inspirational yoga teacher who invites a magic into her practice. Her professional but fun approach is inclusive for all. In addition, Molly supports your personal self belief. I never imagined being able to get into a head stand, but with her guidance and step by step tips I got there! Her positivity and celebration of achievement is a joy. I love attending Molly’s class and would highly recommend her to anyone wherever they are in their yoga journey.

You will not find a more supportive, knowledgeable, in tune and talented yoga teacher. Giving lots of options making yoga fully accessible and helping us reach our potential… Thank you Molly for making our practice so special. ❤️

Molly is a phenomenal yoga teacher. Every lesson is different and it’s always adjusted for every participant’s needs. Molly is very well tuned to notice the slightest changes and readjusts them accordingly. I managed to make visible progress with my practice and remove mental blocks to master my first headstands!
